systeme.io templates come from three places: the picker inside the editor, systeme.io’s public template gallery that loads into a free account, and third-party designers, mostly on Etsy. The built-in ones are clean and plain. The good-looking ones mostly come from outside.

Where the free systeme.io templates are
Inside the editor, every new funnel step and website page opens a template picker. The categories cover opt-in, sales, webinar, order, and thank-you pages, plus website home pages.
The public gallery at systeme.io/templates lists website templates by category: Consulting, Art and Design, Personal Development, Lifestyle, Pets and Animals, Software and Apps, and a large Other bucket. Each has Preview and Select. Select needs an account, and the free plan is enough.
A third source, library.systeme.io, offers downloadable funnel templates shared by an affiliate. They are free, and the share link tags you to that affiliate when you import. Ours would do the same.

How to load a shared template
- Log in to your systeme.io account in the same browser.
- Open the share link. systeme.io asks which funnel or page to copy.
- Confirm. The template appears under Funnels or Websites.
- Replace the text and images, set your button links, and connect your domain.
A template copies pages and structure. It does not bring products, emails, or automations, so those are still yours to add.
Paid systeme.io templates and when they are worth it
Etsy sells systeme.io funnel and website kits ranging from a few dollars to over a hundred. They are worth it when you sell something visual, such as coaching, wellness, or design, and would rather not spend a weekend on layout. Before buying, check that the listing says systeme.io rather than Canva, and that it delivers a share link rather than image files.
What no template fixes
The editor’s limits stay. There are fewer font and spacing controls than Kajabi or Webflow, blocks stack rather than overlap, and finished pages cannot be exported to another platform. A good template gets you most of the way. The last stretch is you in the editor.
A free template still needs an account
Every template above requires a systeme.io account. Free works for all of them.
No card. Templates load into any plan.
